FyleTools (fyletools.com) provides free online file processing tools for images, PDFs, audio, and video. By accessing and using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the website.

FyleTools provides free online file processing tools. All processing happens in your browser using WebAssembly technology. You may use our tools for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

Your files are never uploaded to our servers. All processing occurs client-side using WebAssembly technology. We have no access to your files and cannot recover them. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your files before processing.

All website content, including design, code, logos, text, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Fase Consulting Ibiza, S.L. or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other form of exploitation is prohibited without express written authorization. The open-source processing libraries used (Rust, WebAssembly, lopdf) are subject to their respective licenses.

FyleTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The tools are informational in nature and do not constitute professional advice. While we strive for accuracy, Fase Consulting Ibiza, S.L. is not responsible for any data loss, damage, or decisions made based on the use of our tools. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external linked websites.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of FyleTools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

FyleTools' processing engine is built with open-source technologies including Rust, WebAssembly, lopdf, and pdfjs-dist, each governed by their respective open-source licenses.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes arising from the use of this website, the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
